Es el conjunto de actividades coordinadas, interrelacionadas y controladas, que buscan cumplir con objetivos espec\u00edficos de investigaci\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n y desarrollo, muy claramente delimitados, con recursos y periodo de tiempo previamente definido, estos pueden ser, cofinanciados por organismos externos o financiados por la Universidad T\u00e9cnica del Norte.<\/p>\n
